Samsara Eco named on CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list for 2026
We're proud to share that Samsara Eco has been named on CNBC's annual Disruptor 50 list for 2026, ranking #17. The annual list recognises the most promising venture-backed companies innovating across industries, experimenting with AI and making it work at scale. This year's list features the likes of Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral AI and fellow Australian, Canva. The recognition reflects our work to change the way the world makes things – with AI and enzymes at the backbone of our technology. Our proprietary AI-driven platform designs novel enzymes and proteins that regenerate end-of-life products into new, virgin-identical materials. We have proven the technology for regenerating plastics and textiles, and we are continually expanding our enzyme and protein library to solve for other valuable materials, with early developments now underway in critical minerals recovery and carbon capture. At the heart of it is a simple conviction: the linear take-make-waste model is broken. Instead of constantly extracting from the planet's finite resources, we can regenerate what's already here, turning end-of-life materials into high-value ones, again and again.
